CAD Sino features a full service CAD department that employs the latest software. Sino's CAD engineers are able to analyze and precisely tune every measurement on a club head before the first sample is produced. Our CAD engineers can take a customer's design and turn it into a reality. |

RAPID PROTOTYPING Sino's engineers can download CAD designs to our advanced Rapid Prototyping system. Sino's Rapid Prototyping machine is one of the most advanced units employed in Golf Club manufacture today. It quickly produces a production quality wax pattern that is ready for casting, finishing and finally testing. This gives Sino and our customers the ability to quickly receive and analyze their new designs. ¡@ |

COR COR Testing has become an integral part of the design of golf clubs. Sino is aware of this and was among the first ones to own in-house COR machine to test the "spring-effect" of all new wood designs. In-house COR testing capabilities gives Sino and our customers the flexibility to design both conforming and non-conforming product depending on customer's needs. |
